Philippe Koch
Philippe Koch is a lawyer since 1998 and practices as specialized lawyer in commercial and corporate law. Since 2000, he is also a French lawyer and as such member of the Paris Bar Association (Avocat à la Cour).
Due to his personal biography, his double degree in law and his long-standing legal practice in Germany and France, Philippe Koch has profound knowledge of both cultures and legal systems.
Philippe Koch has studied law in Freiburg i.Br., Berlin, Munich and Paris. He passed the first State Law Exam in Munich and the second State Law Exam in Berlin. He also holds a postgraduate master’s degree in legal research (Diplôme d’Études Approfondies / DEA) from the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas and has passed the bar exam in Paris
