Nasrin Karimi

 

Ms. Nasrin Karimi has a legal specialization in family law and inheritance law since 1999. She is an acknowledged specialist for complex international family law and inheritance cases.

Nasrin Karimi has proven expertise and many years of experience in cases where the international dimension have to be considered, like in marriage, divorce, matrimonial property regimes and asset distribution as well as in succession or parenthood matters. This is regularly the case in binational marriages or in family matters in which one of the parties is resident abroad or in which assets are located abroad.

Nasrin Karimi regularly deals with cases between binational marriages and transnational families. Nasrin Karimi is a proven expert in German-Iranian legal relations and a managing board member of the German-Iranian Lawyers Association (DIJV).
